The "Local Market Reports" page on TheBoiseValley.com has just been updated to include the December data for Ada, Boise, Canyon, and Valley counties. I've also added the 4th Quarter reports for each of these as well and will continue to update those as I've had good response on that view of the market data. Again remember that "all Real Estate is LOCAL!"
